We arrived right at opening and were ready to play.

But first we had a hearty breakfast.  Bix' only request? "Ooooh, more bacon please."

Then it was off to Smaland!  Bix had been begging to play there since last year.  She is know tall enough and potty trained, so she got an hour of play time, and Mommy and Fi spent that time perusing the aisles.  That really puts the "aaah" in I-KE-A.

Remember back in October of 2007, when Bix would just "chill" at IKEA?

Let it Snow

That was Bix' chant on Friday night.  We had a very light dusting, but that didn't stop Bix from trying to catch snowflakes on her tongue.

Fi thought it was much more fun inside where it was warm.

Strollin'

Fi is starting to borrow her big sister's things already.  A girl has got to be stylish when out for a walk.

A Trip to the Mall

Bix had a great time in the play area, but was more concerned about lunch at Chick-fil-a, and even more concerned about trading in her toy for an ice cream cone!

Fi was not concerned about much of anything.

Well, until we got home and she could really cut loose!

Dinner Date

Charlie, Drew and Mimi came over the other night.  The little ones chilled in their chairs.

The big ones were a little more active...eating Chinese food and chasing each other around the house.

Mimi also got in the act.  She was enlisted by Bix to play the "wife".

Bix hippity-hopped them to the door.
